Twenty years ago, a car crash forced Edith Vance to choose which child to save. Decades later, Edith visits Derek, his wife Bianca Vaughn, and their newborn. Derek disowns Edith and kicks her out until Audrey intervenes. Later, when the baby gets leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant, Derek and Bianca kneel to beg Edith for help. Softhearted, she donates her marrow. The couple finally repents, reuniting the family.
